Our Medellin office is located in the north part of the city in an amazing and eco-friendly building called Ruta N, known as the center of innovation for the city. It was created by the three major public entities of the city to promote the development of innovative technology-based businesses.

What it’s all about

  • Create new business opportunities in the market of Corporate Health
  • Help effectively growing our great product in a new market
  • Implement an effective outbound sales strategy
  • Following up incoming leads
  • Give online product demonstrations
  • Participate in (inter)national promotion and sales activities, such as conferences

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing Sales Pipeline (strategic) - 20%
  • Pitching to Leads and Opportunities - 40%
  • Working with Existing Clients to Gain New Business - 20%
  • Participating in New Business Development and Marketing - 20%


Your skills

  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Commercial, practical and result driven personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native)
  • People skills and affinity with sales
  • Independent and proactive
  • Enthusiastic and persistent

Bonus points for

  • Experience in software and/or enterprise sales
  • Communication skills in Spanish
  • Experience in outbound sales
